Our story proudly begins 40 years ago. Frontier Leasing, Inc. was incorporated in 1976 and began operating to provide private carriage. Within two years, Frontier applied for and was granted a Common Carrier authority. In 1986, the company took on additional stock holders, focused on the flatbed market, and acquired brokerage authority. Then in 1989, Contract Carrier authority was sought and granted, and shortly thereafter, the company started a dry van division. Frontier Leasing Inc. has been servicing a large majority of our customers for well over a decade, and our largest shippers have been working with us for over 35 years.
After seventeen years in the same location, Frontier moved in 2004 to a much larger, more modern facility with an updated operating system, new communication systems, and plenty of room for growth to better serve our customers and drivers as well as provide a better environment for our employees.
Frontier’s motto, “Service is Our Salesman,” represents our commitment to fulfill our customers’ hauling-supply and delivery needs, our organized coordination and delivery for our carrier clients, and a commitment to our drivers’ safety and job satisfaction. We strive for excellence in our hauling services and safety, and work to continually offer better and more efficient solutions to supply chain management issues.
